Andrea is the best! Her extensive knowledge of the area, casual manner, and sense of calm had me relaxed and receptive by dinner the first evening. The days were filled with easy walks and hikes surrounded by the spectacular beauty of Sedona. The medicine wheel was a special highlight that I will treasure always. Our final day at the Grand Canyon was amazing. I can't belive that I've spent 3/4 of my life and missed seeing this breathtaking natural wonder right in my own backyard!
I came home renewed, refreshed and energized by the experience. My thanks to you and Gutsy Women Travel at Gate 1 for quickly and efficiently making the last minute travel arrangements for me! The Best Western Inn at Sedona is a beautiful property with all the amenities that anyone could want. The Red Rock view from my veranda was awe inspiring. It is not possible to watch a thunderstorm move over those mountains in all it's fury, only to give way to the clearest blue sky you can imagine, to deny the existantance of a higher power.
The other women I met on this trip were such fun. The four of us laughed, cried and shopped 'till we dropped! I'm so grateful to have found your website and this tour. It was a delightful experience at a very reasonable price, and I highly recommend it to women of all ages. I hope to be able to travel with you in the future!

I am a convert to group travel thanks to Gutsy Women Travel-- that was the absolute best vacation trip I have ever taken in Europe--or heck, anywhere. I spent more time doing great things than figuring out the what, how and where to do stuff-- my usual MO. The group size was just right, an eclectic mix of great women from young to wise!! It included activities that I would have never been able to do on my own or with a "regular tour"-- what restaurant has let me into their kitchen to make my own pizza dinner?? And the tour leader (Gabrielle) was the cornerstone of the success of the tour-- she was outstanding-- from her knowledge of history and culture to her understanding/reading of our needs and wants even as they changed over the days-- and she was flexible. I left the tour with many new friends that I hope to travel with again on another GW adventure and I am sure to try to go on another Gabrielle excursion (Look out Amalfi Coast). You are lucky and fortunate to have a guide of this caliber, with unmatched passion and commitment to her travelers.

The Amalfi Coast Discovery was absolutely fantastic - the best vacation I’ve ever had! Our guide, Gabriella, was wonderful; she took care of all of the details for us. She even went so far as to make sure everyone in the group had the appropriate wake-up call times!
The small group size made it very easy for us to get around and get to know each other. Gabriella was great at arranging our days so that we would always be a bit ahead of the larger crowds, making our trip very pleasant. Staying at one hotel for the entire trip made it very easy as well.
I’m completely sold on Gutsy Women and am looking forward to my next trip! If every guide is as wonderful as Gabriella, you’ve got my business forever! Thank you!
